In breve
Cosa passa dai server
I tuoi diritti

In short: Joki Party collects no data about its players: no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no ads. The camera's video never leaves the device.
Controller: Vincenzo Colucci. Questions: privacy@joki.party.
The camera: images are processed only on the device that takes them, to find where the body is. They are never stored or sent to us or anyone else. Playing with a TV and a phone, only the body's points reach the TV, directly over the home network.
What servers see: the site and the service that lets the TV and the phone find each other are hosted by Cloudflare on our behalf. As for any website, Cloudflare receives the device's IP address and the connection's technical data, only to make the game work (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don't keep them. Cloudflare may process them in the United States and participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
On the device: settings, records and the chosen camera stay in the device's browser and never reach us. Clearing the site's data in the browser deletes them.
Your rights: you can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or object to processing at the address above, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante).
